Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen. Please be sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your service. Deposits are forfeited on same day cancellations or rescheduling. Same day cancellations must pay remaining balance of service(s) before booking a new appointment. No call no show will no longer be able to book! Deposits are transferable for appointments that need to be rescheduled. You are allowed to reschedule 3 times within 30 days before deposit is forfeited. To cancel or reschedule text 478-508-0042.
